Terms of Use

These terms apply to use of Sevier County Court Docket. By browsing or using its features, you accept them. Stop using the service if you do not agree. Official Utah case information remains with Utah Courts Xchange and the clerk staff of Sixth District Court, Sixth District Juvenile Court, and the relevant justice court.

NO FCRA USE. This privately owned website is not affiliated with a court or government body and is not a consumer reporting agency. Neither it nor its advertising partners provides services for credit, employment, tenant, insurance, or any other FCRA-regulated decision.

1. What This Website Is

Sevier County Court Docket is an independent reference. It points to official court locations, Utah Courts Xchange, calendars, and record-request routes. It does not keep the source docket, file papers, alter settings, accept court payments, or issue copies.

2. Informational Use Only

Content supplies general information about finding Sevier County case histories. It does not replace a signed order, official docket, certified record, or advice from counsel. Confirm material facts with the clerk that maintains the case.

3. Rules for Using This Site

Users must act lawfully and may not disrupt security, scrape or overload the service, misrepresent affiliation, introduce malicious code, violate another person's rights, or use content for a prohibited purpose. Access may be limited for misuse.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

No material from the site or a sponsored tool may be used for an eligibility decision governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The service does not prepare consumer reports and makes no representation that linked results satisfy FCRA duties.

5. No Legal Advice

General descriptions of Utah court process are not legal advice. They cannot determine how a deadline, charge, claim, or order applies to one matter. Consult a licensed Utah attorney for legal guidance.

6. Accuracy Is Not Guaranteed

Case systems, fees, contacts, calendars, and procedures can change. Material may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Users accept responsibility for checking a Sevier County hearing, filing, disposition, or payment instruction with the originating court.

Utah judicial-record access is controlled by UCJA Rules 4-202.02 through 4-202.08. Those court rules, not GRAMA as a blanket court-record statute, govern classification, requests, access, and fees for court records.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Outside court sites and sponsored services have separate terms, fees, privacy practices, and availability. A link is not an endorsement or a promise about results. Use of an outside service is between the visitor and its operator.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the site's text, graphics, marks, and code belong to Sevier County Court Docket or its licensors. Applicable law governs limited personal use. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or derivative use is prohibited.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its operators are not liable for losses arising from use, inability to use, reliance on content, an outside service, or an inaccurate or stale result. The service is provided as available without warranties not required by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, costs, or losses caused by your unlawful use, breach of these terms, or violation of another person's rights, to the extent Utah law permits.

11. Governing Law

Utah law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute tied to use of the service must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Utah.

12. Changes to These Terms

The terms may be revised as the service or law changes. Continued use after publication of a revision means the updated terms apply from their stated date.
